Happy Earth Month! Just when we thought we could pack away the winter snow gear…thanks April snowstorm! If you’re sick of snow and cold, you’re in luck — most of our spring offerings are still meeting indoors and we have a few spots left for this week’s yoga, music, and play group programs! We’ll ease into the outdoors later this month with our first gathering of Earth Mamas. Learn more below!

Yoga & Stories in Middleton
April/May** (9-10 a.m. Thursdays):
Ease into your mornings with playful movement, stories, and outdoor exploration during “Mini & Me” yoga and mindfulness classes led by Dani with little om BIG OM at Middleton’s Lakeview Park indoor heated shelter. ($20 for Middleton adult & child, $25 for non-resident & child, $5 for each additional child over 6 months).

Free Play Group in Middleton
April 4 (10-11:30 a.m. Thursday):
Make new connections while your kids play and have a snack at this free play group at Lakeview Park indoor shelter in Middleton in collaboration with Community Coordinated Child Care (4-C), which is our April nonprofit spotlight in recognition of Family Strengthening Month! (FREE - Registration required).

Family Yoga & Music in Fitchburg
April 7 and/or May 19 (10-11 a.m. Sundays): Join us for a playful journey of yoga, music, and laughter with Ms. Kirsten of Lagom: Music and Yoga Education with the spring theme “On the Farm” at Lioness Fitness in Fitchburg. No experience necessary! Bring water and a yoga mat (if you have one) and wear comfy clothes. ($16 for adult/child duo or $25 for adult with more than one child/adult - Registration required for each class).
Kirsten also holds similar classes Saturdays in Sun Prairie if you can’t make it Sundays.

Earth Mama Gathering in Brooklyn
Calling all Earth Mamas! Just as you nurture your children, Mother Earth is here to nurture you. Join other moms and their young kids from 9 a.m. to noon on Friday, April 26, 2024 at Winterfell Acres in Brooklyn, WI for a nourishing morning with nature and community. Together, let's create the village of support we all long for and deserve in order to thrive in this season of life.
